פשוט לקבוע היא מערכת חכמה לתיאום עבודה עבור בעלי מקצוע ניידים — מדבירים, טכנאים, מנקי מזגנים, שיפוצניקים ואנשי שירות שנוסעים אל הלקוח. בעל המקצוע מגדיר פעם אחת את שעות העבודה, סוגי הטיפולים, משך כל טיפול ואזורי השירות, ומקבל קישור אישי לשליחה ללקוחות. הלקוח נכנס לקישור, ממלא את פרטי העבודה והכתובת, ובוחר מועד מתוך המועדים שהמערכת חישבה שמתאימים באמת — לפי הזמינות ביומן, לפי המיקום ולפי זמן הנסיעה בין העבודות.
מתחיל — ₪99 לחודש או ₪990 לשנה (עד 60 אירועים בחודש). מקצוען — ₪249 לחודש או ₪2,490 לשנה (אירועים ללא הגבלה, הודעות אוטומטיות ודוחות). צוות — ₪349 לחודש או ₪3,490 לשנה (עד 5 יומנים וניהול לקוחות מלא). מנוי שנתי מקנה חודשיים מתנה. אפשר לבטל בכל עת מהאזור האישי.
בעל מקצוע שנרשם למערכת יכול לחבר אליה את יומן Google שלו. החיבור הוא רשות ולא חובה, והמערכת פועלת במלואה גם בלעדיו. מטרתו אחת: כל תור שנקבע במערכת נכתב אוטומטית ליומן Google של בעל המקצוע, עם מועד הטיפול, כתובת הלקוח ופרטי העבודה — כדי שלא יצטרך להעתיק תורים ביד ולא ייקבע לו משהו חופף. לשם כך המערכת מבקשת את ההרשאה https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events, ההרשאה המצומצמת ביותר שמאפשרת לכתוב אירועים ליומן. המערכת אינה קוראת אירועים שלא היא יצרה, אינה ניגשת לדואר או לקבצים בחשבון Google, ואינה משתמשת בנתונים אלה לפרסום, למכירה או לאימון מודלים. אפשר לנתק את החיבור בכל רגע ממסך ההגדרות באפליקציה או מעמוד ההרשאות בחשבון Google, והאסימונים נמחקים. פירוט מלא במדיניות הפרטיות.
JustSchedule (Hebrew: פשוט לקבוע) is a scheduling application for mobile service professionals — pest-control technicians, repair technicians and other tradespeople who travel to the customer. The professional sets their working hours, service types and service areas once, then shares a personal booking link. Customers open that link, describe the job and their address, and pick from time slots the system computed around the professional's existing calendar, the customer's location and the driving time between jobs.
Professionals may optionally connect their Google Calendar. When connected, every booking made in JustSchedule is written to the professional's Google Calendar with the appointment time, the customer's address and the job details, so appointments never need to be copied by hand and cannot be double-booked. This is why the app requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope, the narrowest scope that allows writing calendar events. JustSchedule does not read events it did not create, does not access Gmail or Drive, and never uses Google user data for advertising, resale or model training. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The connection can be revoked at any time from the app settings or from the Google Account permissions page.
